This warranty policy applies to the physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased in the online store located on the website www.yabloglass.com, operated by the company DENIMAR TAILORING s.r.o. (Ltd.), ID: 287 38 829, registered seat at Zitkova 2791/25, ZIP: 46601, Jablonec nad Nisou, Czech Republic (the "Seller").

What does this limited warranty cover?

This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, the Seller will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

The Seller will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. The Seller may also decide to replace the product with a new identical product or refund the invoiced cost of the product.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for the goods purchased from the Seller is 2 years from the date of purchase.

A replacement of the goods or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original goods or 2 years from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
